Mount Sinai Health Systems is a non-profit hospital system that serves the New York and New York metro area.

Provides administrative direction and coordination in the formulation, interpretation, and administration of current and long-range policies, procedures, and programs
Oversees the daily business operations of department, including creating and implementing production schedules, and/ or tracking and reporting systems, managing work assignments and identifying and resolving issues
Create, maintain, and distribute regular specialty dashboards and reports regarding volume, space utilization, staffing bench marching, patient satisfaction, compliance, etc.
Assist in patient care responsibilities as needed. Which includes checking schedules, organizing patient workflow, accompanying patient to room, assisting patients as needed, and preparing for exams.
Assist physicians with various task, relay instructions to patients and or families; answer’s calls and provides pertinent information
Establishes goals and objectives for the program with leadership. Includes defining the scope of specific departmental projects and analyzing requirements to execute those projects successfully.
