My job included overseeing a staff of 5 jewelry consultants and running the entire store while maintaining five different sales metrics. I was in charge of Scheduling the staff and payroll, Onboarding new staff and training. I was also in charge of new merchandise visuals and preparation in accordance to planogram. I overseen all customer service issues relating to my store and made customer service my top priority. I overseen all financial records and employee records and was also in charge of all personal matters. One of my proudest moments was turning the store around and hitting the sales goals which hadn’t been done in 5 years.
