• Managed multiple project sites and NAVFAC personnel by providing technical expertise in the composition of the legal, cost, environmental, and real estate documentation packages required for approval by the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) to execute projects
• Lead Government Construction Office, Contractor, and Local Utility Company teams during field construction & final project commissioning to acquire final Permission to Operate (PTO)
